Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to all present and future business relationships with our clients. We do not recognise conflicting client terms unless we have expressly approved them in writing.

§ 2 Agreement and services

Offers are non-binding unless stated otherwise. The scope of services is defined by the respective order confirmation, order acceptance confirmation or written agreement. Changes require text form or a verbal arrangement.

§ 3 Fees and payment

Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. In the event of default, statutory default interest may apply.

Each consultant issues her own invoice, which is treated for accounting and tax purposes independently of the other consultants. There are no financial links between the consultants.

§ 4 Client cooperation

The client shall provide all information required for the engagement in a timely and complete manner.

§ 5 Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health only within the scope of the respective consultant's professional indemnity insurance. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations, limited in amount to the damage typically foreseeable in such cases. In principle, all damages are capped at twice the order value.

Mutual liability between consultants is excluded.

§ 6 Confidentiality

Both parties shall keep confidential information strictly confidential and use it solely for contract performance.

§ 7 Final provisions

German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Venue is the respective consultant's place of business. If individual provisions are invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
